Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Arthyion, a Vybe brand. They apply when you access arthyion.com, create an account, use an Arthyion application, watch content, or otherwise use the service.

By using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie and Storage Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and territories

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

Content, features, pricing, and availability may vary by location. You may not use technology to misrepresent your location or bypass territorial restrictions, blackout rules, or other access controls.

3. Accounts and profiles

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly update account details that change. You are responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by law.

Do not sell, transfer, sublicense, or publicly share your account. Household profile and simultaneous-stream rules may be displayed in your plan details. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Limited personal license

Arthyion grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the service and view authorized content for personal, noncommercial use in supported territories during the applicable availability period.

No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, rebroadcast, publicly perform, distribute, record, download except through an authorized feature, modify, sell, or create derivative works from the service or its content.

5. Sports content and availability

Live schedules can change without notice. Events may be delayed, interrupted, rescheduled, canceled, subject to local blackouts, or unavailable because of rights restrictions, technical conditions, or third-party feeds.

Scores, schedules, rankings, commentary, and statistics are provided for general information. We work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee that every item is complete, current, or error free.

Some events open in an embedded third-party player. That provider controls playback and availability, and its own terms and privacy notice may apply. You may access content only where you have a lawful right to do so.

6. Plans, trials, and promotions

Some features may be free and others may require a paid plan. Current price, billing frequency, taxes, included features, renewal terms, and any trial conditions will be shown before you purchase.

Promotions may have additional eligibility rules and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be transferred, combined, or redeemed for cash.

7. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

If you choose a recurring paid plan, you authorize the disclosed payment method to be charged at the stated interval until canceled. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping payment information current.

You may cancel through the account controls made available with your plan. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless local law or the purchase terms provide otherwise. Refund eligibility is governed by the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes piracy, stream restreaming, credential trafficking, access-control circumvention, abusive automation, unlawful activity, security attacks, and interference with other viewers.

9. Intellectual property

The service, software, visual design, trademarks, logos, metadata, compilation, and Arthyion originals are owned by or licensed to Arthyion and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Team, league, broadcaster, and event marks belong to their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants a license to use Arthyion or third-party branding outside the limited use of the service.

10. Feedback

If you send suggestions or feedback, you grant Arthyion a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your personal information.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, address fraud or security threats, or protect rights holders and other users.

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions, will survive.

12. Service disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, constant content availability, or error-free data. We do not disclaim warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed.

Internet, device, broadcaster, league, and upstream-provider conditions may affect playback quality and availability.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arthyion and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Any monetary cap stated in purchase-specific terms will apply only where legally permitted.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Arthyion from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

15. Changes to the service or Terms

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law, safety, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Disputes and governing rules

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Arthyion contracting entity identified in your purchase or account documentation, without applying conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires another result.

Before filing a formal claim, you and Arthyion should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through written notice. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
